I fell in love with the aggressive nature of Wing Chun at first sight and have been practicing ever since. Over the years I have learned to appreciate the more subtle aspects of the art and have been fortunate to train with some of the most highly respected Masters and Grandmasters in the world.

I started my journey from 1999-2007 with Sifu Jeff Webb earning the 1st Technician Level in the Leung Ting Wing Tsun system.

I trained under Sifu Gary Lam of the world renowned Gary Lam Wing Chun system from 2007-2014 completing the Level 3 training. I continue to teach the Gary Lam system.

I travelled to Hong Kong and trained with Sifu Nima King and Sifu John Kaufman of the Chu Shong Tin Lineage in December of 2023. I would say what I experienced with them is the highest expression of Wing Chun that I have experienced personally and I am working on integrating that skill into my system currently.

I can’t go without mentioning Sifu Hector Campa and Sifu Jesus Ponce of San Antonio, Texas. The skill and time they’ve shared with me over the years is responsible for bridging the gaps and answering a lot of questions in my training as well as introducing me to the Chu Shong Tin lineage. They are without a doubt the two highest skilled Wing Chun practitioners in Texas!
